On 15 january 2016 I activated a 3G pack of 15 rupees on my vodaphone numbr 8874525446 after it got consumed, I tried to use my previous pack of 2G pack of 199 which was still active, but could not. So I called the customer care, but I was shocked to know that, if I activate a 3G pack on my number, then a previous pack of 2G will become void or inactive Or lapsed.

So if the vodafone company has such policy, it should inform us with a warning message that if a customer activates a new 3G pack and if they have any 2G pack will be destroyed. Kindly help me and millions of users of from such type of loss
