Bad service of Reliance Net Connect
Complaint against Reliance Net Connect service: I have purchased net connect from Reliance portal (Online) for my new business and the service got activated on 18-Sept-09. After a week i.e on 26-Sept-09 my net connection was not working. I tried calling the customer care on Sunday, there was no response. I got a call on Monday saying that your account has been suspended due to negative address on our data. As per to the confirmation given while purchasing my address was correct and updated properly.
On Tuesday I’ve mail to the reliance net connect consumer grievance team, but the response came after 48 hrs that they will work on the same and will send the executive for verification. Again days past and verification was done on 1-Oct-10 on call by Mr. Alam from the consumer Grievance team, but still it was showing negative as my Address is: B/1, Kiran Niwas Chawl, Kokani Pada, Kurar Village, Malad (E), Mumbai. Pin- 400097 respectively.
Apart of updating correct address and giving the proper spelling of my residential address, there was no change in the status and the account is till now suspended.
I have also ask the team to expedite my concern as my work is getting affected and have suffered a loss of Rs. 16000 due to this issue. As many no.of times we call and discuss the issue, they neglect and gives us a wrong confirmation for with regards to activation. Last saturday on 3-10-09 I got a call from Alam (Reliance Net connect Associate) stating that we are updating your address and will activate within 3 hours. I don’t understand why they ask for the same address for verification since last 10 days and nothing has been done. The pathetic services of Reliance has proven that Reliance Products & Services are the worst of all and i’ll make sure none of the product & services are opted from Reliance as I’m lucky to get a real picture of reliance using the net connect.
Also tried speaking to the Shop Person Mr. Jay who was taking care of the account. As per to him i went to his shop, from were i have got my device on 1- Oct-09 and as per to him he said the verification will be done on saturday, and calling on saturday his cell was switch off and he didn’t address me that the operations for Net connect customer service is closed for saturday & sundays.
And now as today 5-10-09 the services will get activated according to Mr.Jay after the verification, but still nothing has been taken seriously.
Now I’ve dropped a mail to the consumer grievance of reliance to activated my connection within 1 hour and still no change.
I am Fred up of this issue now and have ask the team to deactivate as soon as one month get’s complete.
I’d request the team to please expedite my concern and take an action against the same.
