Paramount Airways fails to refund for cancelled schedule

Complaint against Paramount Airways: On 23.06.09 I booked my ticket to Delhi from Chennai thro’ online in Paramount Airways. The PNR No is 02WIVN, the Flgt No is.17601 and the date of flt is for 12.07.09.
I was called by paramount airways staff on 06.07.09 and informed that the
flight scheduled for 12.07.09 is cancelled and the full refund will be credited to my card account and it was not done till today. Immediately I had done my alterntive flight thro Spicejet and completed my travel.  I had also sent my request for refund on 15.08.09 and it was not responded nor my money credited into the account
Kindly look into the matter and advice them to pay back my refund
