Reliance BIG TV set-top box complaint

I had bought Reliance BIGTV in Sep’08. My smart card no is 200520499702.

On 23rd Jan’10 midnight suddenly my set of box stops working. I lodged a complaint to customer care on 24th Jan’10 about this. My Service request no is 118182774. on 26th jan’10 reliance engineer came to my home he checked all things and told me you have to replace set of box and they will replace set of box with new set of box on chargable basis of Rs. 800 or 850 and they will keep my old set of box because set of box and other things are RELIANCE BIGTV property. Since all things are RELIANCE BIGTV property they should change my set of box will minimum replacement charge. They were telling I am out of locking period even though last time I re-charged for complete one year.

Means they are collecting all charges of new set of box from me only being it is a RELIANCE BIGTV property. After that on 27th Jan’10 I again spoke in REIANCE BIGTV customer care they again refused to change my Set of box.

Till date nobody had replied on my complaint from RELIANCE BIGTV.

I am only loosing money because my single day is passing out and my subscription period is lapsing day by day.

Please help me out as soon as possible.
