Passport Office, Visakhapatnam – passport not issued

Shri.VSDL Surendra, Regional passport officer, Visakhapatnam has accepted my application with all necessary documents and deposited cash Rs.2,500/-for passport under TATKAL scheme vide file No.VSPA-000314 DATED 07 Jan 2010 but passport has not issued till date despite grievance lodged with Joint Secretary(CPV&CPO), NEWDELHI on 23 Jan 2010.

Pasport Officer has stated I would penalized Rs.5000/on the reason that I could suppressed address in my application submitted earlier vide file No.VSPA-01494409 which was closed vide their letter DATED 06 Nov 09. Application/representation has forwarded through registered post letter No.3129 dt.26 Dec 09 was retured unaccepted duly manipulated.

I request you to suggest them to issue passport at the earliest waiving penalty imposed against closed and refused file please. with regards
