Samsung Mobile phone complaint model B3410

I had bought a Samsung b 3410 on 24th of January 2010 & a display problem starts from 5th February 2010. I went to my nearest Samsung service center which is in btm layout Bangalore. The service representative told me that there is a physical damage in the phone & I have to pay for that.. although the phone is under warranty period.. besides that there is no physical damage in the phone & without seeing the phone properly, she made this comment.. Besides that there is no sign of physical damage in the phone..

After that I went to that dealer where I bought the phone & he told me some different reasons for not working of display..

I am really harassed with this unprofessional service of Samsung & I need a proper solution of that
