Xcite Mobile phone complaint – handset is not dual sim

I purchased one mobile handset of xcite company model no. 415 on 15/04/09 assuming as per the company claims on the box to be a dual sim handset but after use i found out that its not dual sim only one simcard is operational. So please help me with my cause as want it to be converted into a dual sim mobile as soon as posibble.
