Idea Postpaid complaint – Outgoing Blocked

Hello Sir, My Name Is Sumit Nautiyal, I Purchased An Idea Postpaid Connection Last Thirsday On February 04, 2010 & The Number Is 9911119079. I Filled The Customer Agreement Form(CAF), Which Is Neccesary For Postpaid Connection & Submit Photocopy Of My Voter ID Card As Proof Of Identity & Address. & I Submitted Rs.500 As A Security Deposit For Connection.

The Next Day, On Friday February 05, 2010 Executive From Idea Verification Department Visited My House In The Evening At 5:00 PM To Verify The Authenticity & Address. Then After Positive Verification My Number Got Started Within Next 15-20 Minutes. But Today On Tuesday February 09, 2010 I Got A Call From An Executive From Idea Cellular. & He Told Me That U Didn’t Submitted Rs.500 As Security Deposit To Us Thats Why Your Outgoing Will Be Barred. I Told Him That I Have Submitted The Amount On The Time Of Purchasing The Connection, Then He Asked Me Plz Tell Me Receipt Number. & I Told Him I Don’t Have Any Receipt, Actually I Didn’t Get Any Kind Of Receipt. I’ve 3 Postpaid Connections In My House, 2 From Vodafone That My Brothers Are Using & 1 From Airtel That My Father Is Using. But We Never Got Any Kind Of Receipt On The Time Of Submitting Security Deposit. I Asked Dealer From Whom I Purchased Connection, They Said The Same Thing That There’s Nothing Like Receipt Number.

After Filling Form, Submitting The Required Documents, Photo, Security Deposit & Positive Verification Ke Baad Hi Connection Chalu Hota Hai, Agar Maine Deposit Nahi Kiya Hota To Connection Chalu Hi Nahi Hota. Now I’m Very Much Disturbed From This Problem, I Don’t Know What Should I Do In That Situation. Kya Mujhe Fir Se Rs.500 Pay Karna Padega. It’s Not Fair…… Please Help Me Sir…..
