    While we shall submit your complaint to IRCTC, you may write to them at the following address:

    Indian Railway Catering & Tourism, Corporation Ltd.,
    Internet Ticketing Centre
    State Entry Road,
    New Delhi – 110 055.

    If the above does not help, you can lodge complaint with Railways Claims Tribunal.
