Complaint against Hero Honda dealer
Today I Put my Bike GLAMOUR PGMFI to SUPER AGENCIES (Dealers & Servicing ) , JABLPUR for Bike Servicing at 11:15 am I went There at 4;30 to take my Bike, I was shocked to see that time Bike servicing not yet started. due to unavlable to spare parts when I contacted to Supervisor to get help in this matter, He was not able to give satisfied answer. when i started to complain, He told me i will Kick you & your Bike out of the servicing center. He Misbehaved continously by seeing that i am halpless because i was single & he was with his team.
Sir this second time i am getting helpless due to service of this hero honda dealer & I am vey sorry to announce that i will never in my life will purchase anything related to Hero Honda & Hero & Honda Never will advice to anyone to go for this Company. i am felling extreme humility & in my life i am going first time to consumer Court for this nuisance behaviour of dealer.

This is the 2 nd time, I am complaining against SUPER AGENCIES (AUTH.HEROHONDA DEALER &SERVICING) . This time the owner of the SUPER AGENCIES call me and request to put my bike for servicing. So I Put my Bike GLAMOUR PGMFI to SUPER AGENCIES (Dealers & Servicing) , JABLPUR for Bike Servicing on 28th APRIL2010 at 10-30 am . And the same day agencies assured me that “your bike servicing will be complete within 2 days”
On 1stMay 2010 I call the agency and ask for my bike servicing is completed or not? And they request to me to wait for 2 days.
On 5th May I call them but I got the same reply to wait for 2 days. After 3 days I send my cousin to the workshop to see what is going on there .but he was shocked to see that the bike servicing was not yet started then he contact to supervisor to get help in this matter he was not able to give satisfied answer. When I told to manager to get help in this matter, He was not able to give satisfied answer .when I started to complain but he does not take any positive steps.
Sir this is the third time i am getting helpless due to service of this hero Honda Dealer & I am very sorry to announce that i will never in my life will purchase anything related to Hero Honda & Hero & Honda Never will advice to anyone to go for this Company. i am felling extreme humility & in my life i am going first time to consumer Court for this nuisance behavior & delay service of dealer
