Complaint against Ticketgenie.in – Non delivery of IPL tickets
IPL tickets booked online using debit card payment on 08/03/10 for the matches of 08/04/10 at Bangalore (RCB vs DC) and 10/04/10 at Bangalore (RCB vs KKR). But they did not deliver the tickets though at the time of booking it was told that through Blue Dart, atleast three days prior of the match, the tickets will be delivered.
The amount forfeighted is Rs. 880 for 4 tickets. Ticket nos. are – 172532, 172533, 210574, 210575. The order no. is – 151601. Ticketgenie is one the official partners of IPL 2010. I got to know about it from the website. To prove this i have the mail sent by Ticketgenie as confirmation of ticket booking as well as sms. I have also the screenshots. I have heard that some other people also have been affected by this.
