Pathetic speed on reliance netconnect and frustrating customer experience

I had purchases reliance netconnect broadband 9326584075 from Pooja communication in the magarpatta city in september 2009 I had been experiencing a pathetic speed 0.3 to 1.5 kbps on my reliance netconnect broadband from last 20 days .

I have been facing issue since 14th April ,I called up reliance call center twice or thrice between 14th to 24th but most of the time ,I was never given the ticket number reason been the systems were functional,I wonder how can my timing be so accurate . I had opened up ticket : 124819424 on 24th April ,my ticket was closed which I discovered on 28th april when i called up the call center.

I have been sending emails with screen reference almost daily to email address netconnect.broadband@relianceada.com. One of the reliance executive said that reliance technical team tried their level best to reach me but were unable to reach me on my cellphone ,I guess they might be trying to reach me using reliance network :) .I opened up new tkt : 125206213 on 27th , I opened tickets and needles to say they were closed without even providing a resolution ,I send them attachment of pathetic speed, I wrote emails to their nodal officer and applet authority but nobody bothered to reply me back.,

I would get a reply from netconnect occasionally that they are working on it but my issues never resolved, there was absolutely no co-ordination between the staff members .

After been frustarted I have decided to end this service, I want reliance to take back their wireless modem and compensate me accordingly. I have been sending emails to them on a regular basis but they did not care to respond me back. End customers should be given an escalation path were people care to respond ,and not just email address on which people would not even care to reply.
