Injustice against employee – HCL Technology

I had been sering HCL Technology(sec 60, Noida-201301) for the past 2.5 years at a salary of 1.8 lacs per annum. As a part of my upraisal cycle, all my batch mates salary was increased to 2.5 lacs per annum. Now since i have resigned on 21 th dec ,2009 . They are not giving me increased salary for january and feb ( 19 days ) as i have given them my services till 19th feb. For all my batchmates, it was increment was effective from 1jan onwards.

Now that i have left the comapny, they were supposed to pay all my dues. I have reminded them by sending them mails over and again. But i got a reply from my manager that “If i take my resign back, they will give me increased salary” I have checked with all company policies but there is no such policy for the same. So,i would request you to take necessary action again HCL Technology, Noida
