ITBC orders not received
I have two orders with India Today Book club. Booking IDs:110071009 & 110045900. I got a call from the call centre of India Today, that I have already won 2.49L afer tax deductionwhich that callcentre guy calculated and told me but first of all I have to purchase the HTC mobile of Rs 19500/-. So placed the order through HDFC credit card on 31st March 2010. After that again received call & told have to place an order to get the Government Booking ID. But I did not yet received the HTC mobile Parcel which they have sent through Aramex Courier, Many times I follow up to the both the parties about the same. Finally Courier people agreed the It has been lost by them & have to follow up to the india today people. after that around 30 days have past, but no response coming from them after giving the 100s calls and mails also.and another order is also pending from 4 months. What is the next step, please suggest
