LG replaces microwave oven
With reference to a complaint posted by Mr. Nitin Saxena, Nagpur in this forum(click here to view complaint), LG confirms that they have replaced the defective microwave oven. Thank you, LG.

Immediately he informed me about the same and I decided to Refund the Amout to him considering the product as “dead on arrival”. Again I received a call from him confirming that the product is working fine. The problem was of the Power Socket and the Swicth on which it was tested first. Mr Saxena admittted the fault and assured of rectifying his power point at his end. Due to incorrect and improper Power point there might have been High Voltage Problem due to which the PCB in the previous product had malfunctioned and the error and defect has occurred.
Lets hope this time the replaced product works without any problems. Thanks and Regards
