My advice – never use IRCTC for air tickets

This I am writing after SEVERAL emails to airsupport@irctc.com. I cancelled one flight ticket which I booked through IRCTC on 23/06/2010. IRCTC PNR: B6XCJH, AIRLINE PNR:L55ILD. FLIGHT INDIGO-342, LUCKNOW TO BANGALORE FOR 23RD JULY 2010.

It is now more than a Fortnight and there is no sign of refund from IRCTC. Indigo GUYS SAY that they have sent money to IRCTC and they are sitting on it. IRCTC helpline 180030009900 never works and they dont have any other phone number on which we may contact them for flight related issues. MY ADVICE-NEVER USE IRCTC FOR AIR TICKETS.
