Change in broadband plan – Harassed by Airtel
I write this email after being harassed by airtel employees for over a month. I requested for a change in my broadband plan against my landline number 01142427233 to an unlimited plan, but due to a complacent employee of airtel the plan that was set at airtel’s end was a limited one. As a result when I received the bill in june the amount that was charged was incorrect.
I repeatedly talked to your so-called customer CARE (read it customer harassment) officers and they assured me that the charges have been waved off. Mr Shyam Kumar, an empolyee of yours confirmed this to me with the complaint number : 1127727 and assured me that all the adjustments will be made in the next bill. After that no bill came to me. I requested for another bill and the request number for that is 148045431. Since then I daily receive a harassment call, telling me that if I do not pay my bill my account will be discontinued and my connection will be disconnected.
Today I have received an ebill, which does not have any adjustments and moreover even this month the charges have been made against a limited plan. If this is the what airtel boasts off, then you guys are a big liar. Never in my life I have been harassed so much by any company and all this private companies are better is a fluke. I still have my MTNL connection and there has not been any problem with it till now. I believe taking up an airtel connection was a big mistake and I myself will soon rectify it.
