Items not delivered by PACMAC Relocators

I have taken service of PACMAC Relocatos Pvt. Ltd. to move two boxes from my Chennai home to Lucknow. I have paid extr to get the items delivered on time and they assured me that they will be delivered with in a week. I have given the boxes to them in Chennai on 2 July 2010 but still did not receive them til date. I have talked to their MD Mr. Tarun in Delhi and he together with Lucknow manager Mr. Anil (Chennai Personnel Mr. Rajendiran)is giving me false assurance from last 15 days.

What should i do to recover my items as it has some valuable books, electronic items and trophies. I have bill and quotation with me.
