Refund against TDR not received from Railways

I have booked a rrailway reservation ticket vide ticket no. 01572971 & PNR no. 253-6412486. The birts was not confirmed. due to family circumstances, i have changed my programme. I have deposited the original ticket with application for refund at the railway staion, in the office of Station Master on 15/6/2010. I have filled the TDR form no. 763328 on the same date. But til date i have not recieved any refund or any letter from railway department. Kindly take necessary action at the earliest.
