Improper ICICI Lombard Credit Card billing

This is to bring in notice, that i am improperly charged for my ICICI Lombard credit card no. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx as the health insurance policy (no. 4034/FNP/01705478/00/000) in name of my son ” DIVYANSHU BHARGAVA ” is wrongly spelled as ” BIVYANSHU BHARGAVA ” on papers. I send the endorsement form regarding the same within 7 days of reciept of the policy, but no action has been taken. Despite my repeated complaints, the anamoly has not been rectified and to add to it , I am continuously getting the credit card bills in the name of the policy. Lately, I have also started recieving threats to clear the bills or face the consequences. I request the forum to kindly look in to the matter and do the needful.
