Non delivery of item purchased on shopping.rediff.com

I would like to complain about the non-delivery of “Ultra Light Weight Jaipuri Quilt For Single Bed” which I purchased using credit-card on shopping.rediff.com (order number 5978411, dated 14 July 2010). The web-site claimed that the item will be delivered within one week, but it has not been delivered as of today. I have sent mails to rediff customer care and the Vendor’s email address provided on the web-site, but there is no response.
