MTS Speed problem

I had purchased MTS premium (unlimited plan 999Rs) from chroma store faridabad on 15th july-2010. I am not getting good speed and connection also breaking. Earlier it was showing connection type Hybrid but i changed it to Broadband mode . I mailed to customer care twice for settings and speed problems and also contacted customer care (every time call was on hold for many minutes at last i disconnected). I had also sent complaint through agent on chroma store (Faridabad). Agent replied thathw wil register my complaint and customer care person will not talk to you properly. I did not get single reply from mail, customer care and agents on stores.

I am getting speed upto 133kbps and that also not consistent after 10Pm it is under 50kbps. many times Gmail site does not open or fail to send mails due to slow and inconsistent service. I have not used more than 2 gb data then what should i do now because nobody listing and my work is suffering.
