Pureit Germikit complaint

we are useing new purit from 06/04/2010. id no-1928918327.we are only 2 family members. but at the date of 27 july 2010 our battery kit becoming red. no water coming down.my 1st question is why germikit finished too early . we are sure that we are not consume 1500 ltrs till now.dealer says you have to require to change new battery kit. but deny to check the problem. in customer care they are not interested to take a complain. they insist to take new 2200ltrs germikit.again & again we are requesting for 1500 ltrs germikit but they give no response. this type of customer service is unacceptable from hul.we want immediate action about this circumtances.
