ICICI charges higher rate of interest on home loan

Complaint against ICICI Bank: I have been charged more interest rate compared to the exisiting rate in the market. I had taken 12,85,000 from ICICI. My floating int rate as of now is 9.75% which is very high. Some of my other collegues are being charged at very less. I had demanded the explanation and they are prolonging it without any result.

According to govermant loans below 20L should be 8-9%.

Please guide me in resolving this issue.
