Thank you very for your help. It is good to see that there is someone who hears about our ordeals. Because of your follow up we have received tickets from Travel Chacha. I have shared my experience with everbody and the support which I got from you.
Also I have advised my fraternity not to use this site in future.

Reg: Complaint against MakeMyTrip
Hi Mr. Iyer,
I would like to sincerely thank you for your full support and the guidance that you had provided during this issue with MakeMyTrip. Believe me, at one point of time, I had literally assumed that my money is lost and is next impossible to get it back.
I had written number of emails to MMT customer care & the phone calls but very surprising none of them at customer support desk/ Sr. managers could resolve this issue. There was a time, when they had actually stopped responding. It was clearly sounding like they want to pass time by saying we are looking into the matter or this is under consideration and somebody from our side will get back to you.
Today, after almost three months of fight with MMT, I have received the total amount back. Though this do not contains any interest paid but I am fine with it.
Once again thank you Mr. Iyer for your professional approach and kind support all through this difficult time. I salute you and the forum for very clear and interest free service. Great job done, Mr. Iyer!

Thanks to the mail sent by the india consumer forum, i got a call from the Manager at Big Bazaar, and I was assured that a refund was possible. Also, next day, I was informed that one such model, which was kept on display at the shop was available,and when i agreed, it was delivered to me on the same day. I would like to thank the indiaconsumerforum for their immediate response.

Makemytrip.com complaint - Airticket refund not received
Dear Mr Iyer,
I really thanks for your support for taking intiative due to which I got my refund after long chase up with both parties i.e make my trip & hdfc bank. With your help I was able to get this refund.We should welcome agencies like ICF to deliver their best. I would be happy to be assiciated with such organisations. I would be happy if any support required from my side. Once again thanks a lot to ICF team members.
