Refund from Lenovo – Rs.17,000: Mr. Manish Advani, Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra (manish.advani[@]mahindrassg.com) had submitted his Lenovo P780 for repairs on 13-11-2014 and was told that he would get back the device in 10 days. But even after two weeks the device was not ready and he was told that the spares are not available. Mr. Advani posted his complaint with ICF on 27-11-2014 and the matter was taken up with Lenovo. Mr. Advani finally got refund for the phone by 7-1-2015.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. She posted her complaint with ICF on 18-05-2014 and after follow-up with Homeshop18 she got replacement by 24-05-2014.

Pankaj Joshi, Arambagh, Delhi (Email: pankajjoshi_88[at]yahoo.com) booked a ticket with Jetairways, which was subsequently cancelled on 30.04.13 through online website and JetAirways generated refund receipt no.04914767635 of amount 9114 stating that amount will be credited within 7-10 working days.
