Today I called up sony service centre for checking my Sony Bravia which is only 2 years old. As per Mr Pxxxxxxh , the mother board is not working properly and I shall have to pay 17k rs. I told him that I will let him know later.and paid Rs 350 as visit charge. When I asked for the receipt he replied “xxxxxxxxxxx”.When I called up the above mentioned number to register the complaint I was told ” service karne bulate ho, ya jhaak madne bulate ho”. I felt so insulted and the way Mr Pxxxxxh behaved was so threatening. Please look into the matter. Why shall we be threatened and abused by Sony people.
