Account blocked and no transaction receipt given by OLA

My account was blocked without any given reason when I tried contacting ola customer care they said they can’t do anything about it. And after months they started calling me almost 6-8 times a day when I said it’s not right time to talk as I was busy with my work. They continued harrasing me. When I talked to them they said I have 2 hrs time to clear my ola credit account. For which I asked for a link they provided me with a link that was not directing me to any payment method. So I informed them on mail and WhatsApp. I got a call back and customer care executive ensured me my account will unblocked after 24 hours and he’ll give me receipt on WhatsApp itself. I agreed and then he asked me to paytm the amount as the link wasn’t working. It’s has been 36 hours. The customer care executive is now simply seeing and ignoring my messages on WhatsApp. No response from ola mail. No receipt generated and my account is still blocked.
