This is regarding the Ref : 26131465 that I raised with paytm on April 7th. Paytm team responded to me on April 8th requesting to provide details of transactions. I have provided the proof of last transaction I.e. Apr 6th along with proof from bank statement. Then, paytm team requested to send me the details of 1991 rupee transaction. I had intimated that my account got blocked on April 6th and the amount that is present in April 7th is a cashback amount of April 6th payment.
In return paytm team mentioned that the issue will be forwarded to concerned team and will be resolved in 24-48 hours on April 11th. On the next day, the concerned team responded and asked again the same proofs as first team mentioned on April 8th. The details were forwarded on April 12th itself. From that day onwards there is no response from Paytm and though I requested multiple times in the same email, paytm didn’t respond.
Later on April 20th, I have raised three requests.
Yet there is no response. On April 21st I have tried calling the customer care number 0120 3888 3888. Yet none responded to it and the IVRS number 9643979797 didn’t intimate this issue and there is no direct call to customer to contact.
