Account inappropriately disabled by UBER

It has been more than a month since Uber disabled my account. Even after repeated follow ups with them it has earned no result. I received a mail from Uber regarding a promo code and when I tried applying it my account was locked. Whenever I write to Uber I receive the same response that my account was flagged off by the system for inappropriate use and the matter is closed. If they do not have to give the offers why do they email it in the first place and unnecessarily cause harassment to the customers.
