I Applied for ACT Fibernet internet connection, they took almost 2 weeks to do that, ok no problem i ignored it. but from last 4 days my internet is not working. They have some issues with building association because they installed their device without taking their permission. so building association cut all the wire related to ACT. so i raised the ticket to resolve this issue. its been 4 days thier is no action on this ticket. i tried each and every possible escalation. but they keep telling we will do it by today before 7pm. i again contacting the customer support, they are telling we will do it ASAP. i am frustrated with thier behaviour towards customer service.
