Vodafone has been charging me extra per month for a service I wasn’t using. I had activated an international roaming pack which said it would expire after 14 days in August. They have been charging me for international roaming every month since then saying I didn’t deactivate it by sending an SMS. No where was it mentioned that I had to manually deactivate it. They automatically renewed it every month without informing or asking for permission. I contacted customer care and they said they can’t do anything about it.
