On 1st April 2017 i received a call from 7xxxxxxxx5 (idea customer care) regarding a LOYALTY PACK worth ?500 stating me the incentives of the pack. I don’t usually activate any plan on my number so as i didn’t wanted this one too. The executive on the other side asked me if i wanted to activate that pack for which i will have to deposit an amount of 500 with my next bill at idea office, i stated that IF i would like to avail that offer in that case i will recharge for this plan or i will not. They misunderstood my words and activated that pack on my number and showed me an due payment message after 20days of my activation, i wasn’t even notified on the activation date i.e 4th April that my plan is activated or not, doing so i will be able to ask for cancellation before any due date message.
Now when i complained to the customer care they once filed the complaint but later on rejected it saying it was your choice of activation therefore this plan is non refundable. I want to cancel this plan to port my number into another one, but with my due payments i am unable to do so.
