I have this complaint i donot know whom to blame for, i paid Rs.200 to paytm from UBER cab booking app. my money immedietly deducted, as i had to go to airport. but after paying the money, my account has been disable by UBER . when i asked they said first time that they are reactivating my account . but still it was disable, when i asked them my money back they ask me to contact PAYTM. i tried sending mail to them , my mail got acknowledged automatically by the system got the ticket number but there was no resolution and response from them after 5days. repeat asking them also they did not responded. kindly help i want to raise a complaint against this harrasment.
