I, Vivek Tiwari, bought Buffalo External Hard Disk 1TB 3.0 from Nitih Enterprises, Bangalore-560002 on 14-Aug-2012 having bill invoice number 1944.

Past 6 months, my hard disk is not working/detected by any system. I have mailed to Buffalo customer care, support-in@buffalo-asia.com, regarding the issue and seeking for the service. They replied with affirmative answer saying that since it’s in warranty period, it’ll be replaced with the new one within few days. Though till date, nothing is been done, and now I don’t even get reply to my mails. I have been trying to reach the number mentioned but it’s incorrect.

I am tired to dropping mails to them.

It’s a humble request, to look into the issue and provide me the justice, and let’s make the Buffalo company realize that consumer is not a fool whom they can ignore after product is sold.

I have attached the mailing conversation with the complaint for reference as a proof. Hope to get an early reply.
