I traveled on Air India flight AI348 from Mumbai to Shanghi on Apr 2. My baggage was misplaced and returned to me on Apr 10 once i was back in Mumbai. During my stay in Shanghai i had to spend on basic essentials. like clothes and toiletries. On return to Mumbai i was given an email id to write to with respect to getting compensation for the delayed baggage. I have been following up with Air India in Mumbai and the Manager in Shanghai since 20 days and they have not responded over email. When i call, they direct me to each other. My baggage complaint number with Air India is PVGAI11190.
