I was travelling from kolkata to manchester on 21/1/18 under 1 eticket with 1 pnr, it had 3 connections :
1. air india AI 21 Kolkata to delhi
2. VS301 virgin atlantic delhi to london
3. BA 1376 london to manchester.
The air india flight got delayed so I missed the virgin atlantic flight, so accrding to IATA rules if 1 part of the flight got delayed then that airlines has to provided alternative flight arrangements for the rest of the trip. But air india staff including their manager were very rude and instead of providing alternative flight arrangements just gave me delay certificate. I ended up calling the police at 100 for help at after being stranded in delhi airport on 21/1/18 for 20 hours with 2 year old child and 10 year old child.they did’nt listen to police and i ended up buying new tickets on finnair ,so i demand a compensation of 10 lakh rupees for rude behaviour of air india staff and alternative travel arrangements which i had to buy,including being starnded at new delhi airport for 20 hours,thank you mrs t garai
