This is to inform you that I am using a aircel number for long time. But for 3-4months they are cutting by main balance each and everyday i recharge it. I have informed repeatedly to customer care in last 19th and 20th, and they have assured that they have deactivated it. But are not deactivating it and again they are sending msg to recharge my balance to continue the service of limitless music. I am very much upset with their survice as I cant change the number aslo, as it is in use for long. Please help me out.
