Aircel forces Excess billing after porting to other network

I ported out of Aircel (Mobile: 9533577650) on 10/11/2014. Before that I made 3 payments of Rs.100(on 30th Oct) & Rs.50(on 10th Nov) on Aircel website and Rs. 60(on 3rd Nov) on paytm.com which amounts to a total of Rs. 210, so that MNP process takes on smoothly. Now Aircel has billed me for Rs. 284, I am having a monthly postpaid plan of Rs.275 and my bill period is from 19th to 18th every month and as per the bill my connection was disconnected from Aircel on 9th Nov itself(that makes 20 days billing period). Then how am I charged Rs.284 and where did my earlier payments of Rs. 210 gone? I demand an explanation on the same failing which stringent action will be taken through consumer court.
