I have get offer 1gb 3g data for 30 days @Rs72 but I have received data only 500MB for 7 days rest data not get and my main balance also deducted. I have complain to Customer care and I have got to know that I have not recharged special but which is not maintained at *121# ussd process and screen short is attached and I have talk to Customer care executive Sxxxxxs Bxxxxxxxxs but I have not satisfied to talk to him. I have told him to take a complain but he don’t take any complain constant he have argued with me. I am very disappointed with Aircel and I think this is a cheating they are making full to the customer and I have completed to the appellate officer on dated 07.10.2015 but he also not responce me so please help me.
