I am using airtel prepaid, i used state portability to transfer my circle from assam to UPE in dec’15 since then 3G services are not active on my no. I have filed lots of complaints on 121, 198 emailed the customer care but till now 3G services are not active on my no.

The customer care asked me to recharge my number with any 3G pack and the 3G services will become active on your i have also done that 3-4 times but all my recharges gone in vain without any 3G signals. Recently i have filed the complaint to airtel customer care they reassured me that on april 12th we will revert back and you will be able to use 3G servies no calls from any airtel customer care since then and neither the 3G serives are activated on my no. Since dec’15 they just mentally harrassed me with reassurances.
