I’ve been facing problem with the Airtel 4G connection for more than one month now. Despite of this problem Airtel keeps charging me on my postpaid connection. After one month of following ups with Nodal Officer and Appellate authority, Airtel support team finally replaced the 4G device and that too after charging me Rs.500. The replaced device worked for couple of days and it stopped working now.

But still Airtel is neither disconnecting my connection nor fixing my problem. They are expecting me to keep paying the monthly bill even though I can not use their services.

The first email that I wrote to Airtel was on 4th Aug (Ref: 18457689) The service request number was 63795035.

After that I’ve written several mails to Nodal Officer and Appellate Authority but no use.

When I clearly wrote in email and that too in plain English to stop my connection, they apparently find it difficult to comprehend and keep responding with COPY PASTE kind of replies asking me to troubleshoot the problem.

This has cost me the initial device cost : 2500
Monthly bill : 1700
Hardware Repair cost: 500
and mental stress of following up this matter with Airtel authorities for more than one month…..

Can I get any help in this matter ?
