Airtel 4G Disconnection complaint

I was using Airtel 4G dongle with No: 7xxxxxxxxx1 and requested for disconnection on 13th November and paid all pending bills. Since then I am not using the dongle, Sudeenly Airtel started sending me December bill and sending many remianders . Although I have spoken with customer care by providing all interaction, Complaint numbers to discoonect and waive off the bills but still Airtel customer always say with in 48 hrs they resolve the issue by disconneting & waiveoff the bill. Still its not resolved . Please help.
