Airtel bills after porting, no itemized bill issued

I have recently ported from Airtel to Tata docomo which was completed by 18-Oct-2014. This was a postpaid connection with Airtel bearing number 9632655588.

As a part of porting I have paid interim payment of 500 INR to Airtel dated 11-Oct-2014.

Post successful porting, I have received an email (attached the conversation) dated 30-Oct-2014 from Airtel personal asking to clear the pending bill amounted 756.02 INR. I have responded to the person asking for the usage/Itemized bill for the same. There was never a reply even after continuous follow ups.

Now, I am receiving sms from 1901 asking to clear the dues to airtel to avoid disconnection.

I hearby request ICF to do the needful. I’m sure my bill would not have 500(interim payment) + 756.02 (pending as per airtel) shooted up so high.

I request Airtel to settle the issue at the earliest and provide the itemized bill.
