Airtel BroadBand billing issue

I am using Airtel broadband services in Bhopal region. I have taken a plan of 4+1 month Subscription from Airtel. As its a long duration I forgot the last day of service.

Airtel team disconnected my internet on 23rd of Sep without intimating me over registered mobile no and not even landline number.

Now they barred my number and asking for a bill of Rs1700. When I am checking with Customer care executive they do not have any answers why they didn’t contacted me on registered mobile number but asking to pay bill.

Please help.
