My Airtel broadband connection is not working from 3 days. Filed a complaint online and on customer care. Online compliant promise that they will call me in 2 hrs yet no response. Called customer care 50 times they are telling they have no idea when the issue will be resolved. I work for software company where i am asked to work from home. I am unable to work and hence suffered a loss of 2000. one of the customer care gave a technician’s number who said he is not bothered to resolve. Installation guy gave his lead’s number who is cutting the call through mobile after calling around 30 times.
