I cancelled my Airtel broadband and fixed line service around 6 months ago. However noone has come to remove the Junction box installed in our home. We have continuously, over the last six months contacted customer care via phone and email and have physically approached the nearest Airtel showroom to report this issue with absolutely no response. The issue has be treated carelessly and sometimes with a condescending tone even. We have even twice requested the repairmen who came to repair the junction box to remove it. We’re yet to see any progress in this matter.

Last time I called customer service I was put on hold for 10 mins twice until the call disconnected on its own without the courtesy of even having my concerns addressed by airtel executives. Finally was put through and spoke with Mr. Rxxxh. He has assured me the junction box will be removed within 24 hours.

We are renovating our house. As we will be making physical alterations to our premises, we need the junction box removed. We are waiting for Airtel team to do so because if we removed it ourselves we will be inconveniencing other airtel customers.
