I had booked an Airtel DTH connection on 29th June, it has been one week they have not installed the connection even after several followers. When i asked for refund, they denied saying transaction ID needed which was not been sent to me in any message or mail. Now there are neither refunding any amount nor installing the connection. The customer care people are unwilling to help me and now I am without a connection and lost my money as well. The worst company ever. Is there anyway I can complain in consumer court?
