Airtel DTH connection was installed at my home 3 years back and at that point of time there was no mention of service will not be provided. On the contrary, amount was deducted promptly from my account on a daily basis.
On 6 May 2018 I filed a service request as my dth connection was not working, till today the Airtel team has not responded. Now they say they cannot service my area. If they had said this earlier then I could have subscribed to some other dth provider. Subscribr ID: 3016506669
