We requested for internet disconnection on 12th November 2014 to be effective 19th November. We repeated the request on 17th November and were informed by email on 20th November that the cancellation will happen within 7 days.
We left Chennai on 19th November. We requested for a final bill in December and settled the final pro-rated bill on 19th December 2014 via netbanking from our account at ICICI bank. WE HAVE PROOFS OF ALL EMAILS AND BANK PAYMENTS.
We have given these proofs multiple times to the CUSTOMER SERVICE at airtel. But they do not read the emails and proofs that we have given them.
We are not able to talk to them on phone because we are out of the country right now.
Now they are threatening to hand us over to a collection agency!
We need your help in stopping this harassment. WE DO NOT OWE ANY MONEY TO AIRTEL BECAUSE THE LINE WAS DISCONNECTED on 27th NOVEMBER. It is that simple.
